Assos
A beautiful location, Assos is a small fishing village on a tiny north-facing bay, just up the western coast from Argostoli and from Mirtos Beach. It is a delightful place with a few very tempting restaurants and bars and a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. It is situated on a narrow strip of land - a peninsular, with the sea on each side and pine-clad hills all around.

There is a tiny, weeny, little beach at Assos, but it's more of a place to soak in the atmosphere and enjoy a bite to eat and drink.
