Kefalonia, Greece: Cape Atros, Beach
 Cape Atros and Cape Heroulaki, Kefalonia. These two gorgeous bays are beside the road on the way from Scala to Paros. Absolutely lovely and totally deserted each day that we passed by, at the end of May. They are typical of the bays to be found along the coast on the Eastern side of Kefalonia. The beaches of Kefalonia seem to be regularly cleaned, as you can see on Cape Atros beach. In fact, this one was so clean and inviting that I had a quick dip the only towel on the beach and the only person in the sea: perfect! MORE... |
